What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our Website, make a purchase through the Services, fill out a form, transmit comments, contact us through the Website, or receive customer or technical support. 

When using the Services or registering on our Website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our Website anonymously. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to others, but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

How do we protect your information?

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Unfortunately, no transmission of data over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure.  It may be possible for hackers or other third parties not under the control of PinkClouds to intercept or access transmission or private communications unlawfully.  While we strive to protect your personal information, PinkClouds cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.
